1. Floor Coating [20 to 35-Year Warranty]

At GOOD LIFE, we offer long-term floor coating warranties to ensure our customers can live with peace of mind.
During the warranty period, we also provide free repairs for any scratches that customers may accidentally make on the coated floors.

Warranty Period

Coating Warranty Provisions

◇If there are any paint spots, smudges, or areas left unpainted
◇If there is any foreign matter, dust, or debris mixed in, or if the product is peeling off, etc.
◇Footprints and dirt that appear to have been left during installation, etc.
◇Peeling due to wiping with water, etc.
◇Peeling due to nail polish remover, alcohol, etc.

Scratch Warranty Provisions

◇Applies to customers who have had their work done after December 2023
We offer free repairs for any scratches that occur on coated floors during everyday living.
Repair Frequency: Up to once every two years　Estimated Work Time: About one hour
※Scratches caused by contractors other than the customer are not covered under warranty. In such cases, we will communicate directly with the contractor on your behalf.

Exclusions from Warranty

◇If damage such as discoloration or peeling occurs*
◇If damage or peeling occurs due to incorrect use or intentional damage*
◇If damage occurs due to falling objects, protrusions, dragging heavy objects, etc.*
◇If repairs are made by the customer or another contractor
◇If damage such as discoloration or peeling occurs due to special chemicals, etc.
◇If damage occurs due to renovations, etc.
◇If damage occurs due to natural disasters, fires, etc. (including sun damage)
◇If the warranty document does not include the seal of the manager in charge of installation and the installation date
◇Problems caused by liquid seeping through joints
◇Repairs beyond the number of times covered under the scratch warranty
◇Severe damage that is difficult for our company to address

Antenna [8-Year Warranty (1-Year Signal Warranty)]

Details of Warranty Coverage

◇After new installation using rooftop mounts or wall mounts, collapse or damage of the antenna caused by rain or strong winds
◇Defects in antenna installation components (rooftop mounts, wall mounts, masts, etc.)
◇Restoration is limited to achieving the same reception level as at the end of the installation, with the contract amount for this work as the maximum coverage

Exclusions from Warranty

◇If signal reception is reduced due to environmental changes, such as new buildings affecting signals between the antenna and the broadcast tower
◇Equipment such as the antenna itself, splitters, and boosters are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period
◇If signal reception is interrupted due to the relocation of the signal source to the Sky Tree, and readjustment is required
◇If the antenna is destroyed or damaged due to a natural disaster such as an earthquake, lightning strike, tornado, tsunami, or typhoon (for BS antennas, wind speeds over 20 m/s)
◇If the antenna is destroyed or damaged due to deterioration of the building itself
◇If the antenna is destroyed or damaged by modifications made by anyone other than our company
◇Malfunction or destruction of parts unrelated to work performed by our company (such as additional antenna installation, partial construction work)
◇If there are issues with receiving signal caused by malfunctions in the customer’s TV, recorder, tuner, or cables
◇If there are issues with receiving signal due to reused coaxial cables, splitters, or units that have been in use for approximately 10 years or more failing due to aging after installation
◇If reception is affected by poor signal conditions and relies on reflected signals from surrounding buildings
◇If local station antennas (e.g., TV Saitama, Chiba TV, tvk, TOKYO MX, Kyoto Broadcasting, Kobe Sun Television, etc.) are not installed and local channels cannot be received
◇If reception worsens after installation without a booster
◇If the original signal was already weak due to environmental conditions, and this was communicated prior to the installation, and the reception signal worsened after antenna installation

ECOCARAT [5-Year Warranty]

Details of Warranty Coverage

◇Peeling, lifting, or falling of ECOCARAT due to installation defects
◇Cracking of caulking caused by installation defects

Exclusions from Warranty

◇Dirt or stains
◇Caused by natural disasters
◇Caused by aging or normal wear
◇If it’s found to be caused intentionally or through negligence
◇Caused by the building structure or foundation
◇Caused by renovation work after our installation
◇Variations in color or shape due to individual differences

Renovation Work [2-Year Warranty]

◇Glass films, bathroom mirror films
◇Blinds, roller blinds, curtain rails
◇Coat racks, picture rails, drying racks
◇Lighting work, custom-made mirrors

By subscribing to our extended warranty service, you can extend your warranty to 10 years, which is equivalent to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Repairs can be made free of charge as many times as necessary during the warranty period.
