The Company may, to the extent necessary for the operation of the website provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), acquire from users of this Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”), personal information as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. “Personal information” here refers to information related to a living individual that can identify said individual, through details such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact information, or other descriptions contained in such information.
Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Change in Purpose of Use

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Correction and Deletion of Personal Information
If a User believes that the personal information held by the Company regarding him or her is incorrect, the User may, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company, request the correction, addition, or deletion of such personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Correction, etc.”).
The Company shall, upon receiving a request as described in the preceding paragraph, and determining that it is necessary to respond to the request, carry out the Correction, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
If the Company makes a Correction, etc. pursuant to the provisions in the preceding paragraph, or decides not to make a Correction, etc. the Company shall notify the User of such action without delay.
Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
If the Company receives a request by an individual to suspend the use or delete his or her personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) on the grounds that such personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose of use, or that it has been acquired by improper means, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay. If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall carry out the Suspension of Use, etc. of the relevant personal information without delay.
If the Company performs a Suspension of Use, etc. pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or decides not to perform such Suspension of Use, etc., the Company shall notify the User of such action without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the Suspension of Use, etc. would require excessive cost or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures can be taken to the protect the User’s rights and interests, the Company shall take such alternative measures.
Amendments to This Privacy Policy
The contents of this Policy may be amended without prior notice to Users, except as otherwise required by laws or regulations, or specifically stated in the provisions of this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on the Website.
